Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection to Open 'Clair-obscur' Exhibition Exploring Chiaroscuro in Contemporary Art
The Bourse de Commerce — Pinault Collection in Paris will present 'Clair-obscur,' an exhibition featuring approximately 100 works that examine the legacy of chiaroscuro from the 16th century to the present day. Opening March 4, 2026, the show includes major installations by Pierre Huyghe, Sigmar Polke, and Bill Viola, alongside a dedicated gallery of paintings by Victor Man and a site-specific commission by Laura Lamiel. The exhibition, curated by Emma Lavigne, spans the museum's Rotonde and Passage galleries and will run through August 24, 2026.
