The Shipping Coordinator embodies key responsibilities. It takes care of Luxury shipments organized for Geneva sales, importations, exportations and administrative work of the department. Full time position from October 1st 2026 to January 8 2027.

How You’ll Make an Impact • Source and provide shipping quotes, create import/export invoices, meet deadlines and send shipment’s pre-alerts • Organize transports with suppliers: pre-sale, post-sale and returning items • Packing of jewels and watches to be shipped from Geneva office • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders • Monitor shipment progress and update relevant parties • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations • Receive and give parcels in person to suppliers • Following sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize environmental impact • Administration support: Receipt of deliveries, invoices, TIB files, filling and preparation of shipping paperwork • Other

Experience

in the luxury or art industry is recommended • Demonstrate excellent proactivity, communication & organisation skills • Be able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload/activity and work to meet deadlines • Proven time/task management and problem solving abilities • A passion and determination to deliver a high standard of client service • Positive, dynamic attitude and team player • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally • A good problem solver with the ability to seek continuous improvement • Logical thinker & attention to detail • Proficient in using MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe and PowerPoint • Fluent in French & English Close Date: 27th September
