The Associate Director of Advancement Systems & Analytics supports the operational, data management, and reporting needs of the Advancement division of School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). This role works closely with colleagues across SAIC Advancement and other departments to satisfy information needs and deliver high-quality analysis, reports, and insights that facilitate data-driven decision making. This position reports to the Director of Advancement Operations and Services.

They will coordinate and fulfill production requests—including data imports, reports, audits, and analytics—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
