The Marketing Coordinator role will play a vital role in supporting the specialist departments at Christie’s.
The role
is responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Managers in the development, management and implementation of successful and innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that meet/exceed both departmental and brand objectives and targets. This highly collaborative role will work with the Creative, Content, Press, Digital and Exhibitions teams as well as external agencies. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with Client Insight, Business Intelligence and CRM to ensure all campaigns are based on current client data.
How You Will Make An Impact
Assist the marketing manager in the development and execution of an effective marketing strategy to support art portfolios, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, revenue growth, and innovation. Support the marketing team in creating and executing integrated and innovative marketing campaigns across channels, including creative, content, email, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, website, proposals, exhibition, and events. Coordinate the project briefing process and produce written briefs alongside the marketing manager for all campaigns.
Ensure key messages, marketing objectives and targets are delivered via strategic, effective and creative campaigns with best practices by channel. Collaborate across marketing teams and art portfolios to manage full lifecycle of all campaign tactics including briefs, timelines, approvals, budgets and keep updated in central project management platform. Support the marketing manager in post-campaign reporting and debriefing process.
Build presentations and compile metrics. Responsible for budget management, ensuring all purchase orders are opened and effectively tracked.
What You Will Bring
To The Team 2-3 years of
experience
in a marketing or related role. Strong organizational
skills
- and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication and strong attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills, and ability to articulate the objectives of campaigns and

of evidence based marketing to the business. Strong analytical
skills
and ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics. Creativity and innovation – an entrepreneurial approach combined with energy and enthusiasm to create innovative marketing campaigns. Knowledge of marketing channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, website, proposals, exhibitions, and events.
Experience
with project management tools and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
