Full time The programme The Asia Internship programme is run for the benefit of current graduate or undergraduate students as well as recent graduates (within one year of graduation) with a genuine interest in art, business and a career in the art world. By allowing Interns to immerse themselves in the practical operations of the company, Internships provide an insight into Christie’s work and its role in the art world. Two- to six-month placements are available (depending on seasonal business operations and availability of the candidate) during the Spring or Autumn season at Christie's offices in Asia.

The Role

Provide day-to-day support and support the sale Coordinators and assisting Cataloguers and Junior Specialist with preparation of cataloguing, hilling and pricing sessions. Specific duties &

responsibilities

will include but are not limited to Support Sale Coordinator and

the team

in the day-to-day running of the Department. Assist senior team members in researching property for sale, valuations and pricing sessions. Conduct in-depth research on works which will be offered in the upcoming sale. Assist with proposals, where appropriate and the writing of auction catalogue nots.

Prepare factsheets, images and lot cards for all sale lots. Respond to image and factsheet requests, assist specialist team and client request during sale week. Liaison with internal departments. Support Client Strategy Analyst with pre-sale targeting.

Responsible for collecting and distributing post daily, arranging couriers, sending out catalogues. Maintain stationery supplies in the Department. Liaise with IT to resolve any issues with office equipment, maintain printers. Maintain library.

Skills/Competencies Required: Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate within one year from graduation will be eligible for the internship Candidate who can work full-time from August/September to end of December 2026 will be prioritized Candidate with the right to work in Hong Kong will be priorized Strong organizational
