Full time Internship (PR & Communications/ Proposals/ Digital/Content Marketing/ Video Production /Marketing Strategy/ Client Strategy) The Program me Christie’s Internship programme is run for the benefit of undergraduate students as well as recent graduates (within one year of graduation) with a genuine interest in art, business and a career in the art world. Four to six-month placements are available at Christie's offices in Asia under the following divisions: PR & Communications Conducting news monitoring on different media/ platforms Responsible sales data and media coverage tracking Supporting media events onsite logistics; Media research Performing simple data analysis and compiling PR reports Supporting on writing (English / Chinese) Digital Marketing Execution, data tracking and performance of all social media advertising creation & digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LINE TW, WeChat, Red and DouYin etc.) Execute, analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search engine marketing and make recommendations to improve conversions Regularly reporting on campaign performance with recommendation for optimization Handle internal or external digital marketing activities like Influencers management, live streaming, exhibition etc. Content Marketing Assist to create Art and Luxury related content for social media posts, including copy writing and translation in English and Chinese, photography, images processing, proofreading and video filming Involve in the content creation process of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Line Research on social media trends and handle posts data analysis Video Production Involve in video production, editing and post-production Assist in video format conversion and encoding, video files backup and retrieval Support filming and live streaming production Assist the production team in the administration and clerical

duties

Marketing Strategy Marketing campaign planning and execution including paid media planning, marketing assets development, post-campaign analysis, progress tracking and evaluation Work with Content, Design and Production teams to produce marketing assets Analyze campaign performance and ROI to identify areas for improvement and optimization Assist in reporting, proofreading, budget tracking, invoicing and other administration Products/ Digital Solutions Support the creation and deployment of eDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns Maintain and update the WeChat Mini Program content to ensure accuracy and timeliness Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver for coding and layout design Develop and edit HTML/CSS code for responsive email templates and web content Proposals Assist in image selection and sorting, photographer shadowing and proofreading General administration

including managing project database, updating weekly project status chart, constructing timelines, electronic filing and sorting Support Financial administration including filing POs and invoices, liaising with Finance to settle vendor payments and budget tracking Client Strategy Leverage Excel to analyze and organize key data, supporting strategic decision-making Conduct in-depth desk research to provide valuable insights for upcoming sales and client presentations Assist in bid spotting during sale weeks to ensure seamless auction operations and client satisfaction Eligibility Undergraduate students as well as recent graduates (within one year of graduation) with a major in Art, Marketing, Media, Journalism or other business-related discipline Able to commit a full-time internship from Aug 2026 to Dec 2026 is highly desired, at least 3-4 full-days working is required Some work
