Why This Role Matters
The UX Copywriter will play a key role in shaping and delivering clear, consistent and on-brand content across our global digital products during this 12-month contract. Working closely with Product Designers, Product Owners and the UX Manager (Strategy), they will ensure that every interaction is intuitive, engaging and aligned to user needs and business goals. This is a hands-on role, responsible for crafting high-quality product copy while also contributing to wider digital content including emails, web pages and SEO-led content.
The User
Experience
Copywriter will bring a strong understanding of content design principles, using research and data to inform decisions, and ensuring a cohesive voice across all touchpoints.
The role
also leverages AI tools where appropriate to support content creation, optimisation and scalability. How You’ll Make an Impact Write, edit and optimise product copy across digital journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency and ease of use. Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Product Owners to integrate content seamlessly into user experiences from concept through to delivery.
Translate complex processes and
requirements
- into simple, intuitive and user-friendly language.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of content guidelines, tone of voice and UX writing standards.
- Support the creation of wider digital content, including emails, notifications, homepage copy and one-off microsites.
- Review and edit SEO content produced by external freelancers, ensuring it meets brand, UX and performance standards.
- Use data, user research and testing insights to iterate and improve content performance across journeys.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops and ideation sessions, contributing a content-first perspective to problem-solving.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and
experience
across all digital touchpoints. Leverage AI tools where appropriate to support drafting, testing and scaling of content.
What you will bring to the team
Proven
experience
- in UX writing, content design or digital copywriting within a product or digital environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into intuitive, accessible language.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-centred product copy and end-to-end journey thinking.
Experience
working collaboratively within Agile product teams alongside designers and product managers. Good understanding of content design principles, accessibility and usability best practices.
Experience
working with or editing SEO-driven content, balancing performance with user
experience
- and brand voice.
- Comfortable using data, research and testing to inform and iterate content decisions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple content streams effectively.
- Collaborative and proactive, with confidence to contribute ideas and challenge where needed.
- Proficient in using Figma.
Experience
or interest in the art market preferred. Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home
