Centre Pompidou to Present Anthony McCall 'Solid Light' Installations for ManiFeste-2026 and Nuit Blanche

The Centre Pompidou has announced a major exhibition of four monumental works by British-American artist Anthony McCall, to be held at the Ircam projection space in Paris. Scheduled for June 2026 as part of the ManiFeste festival and Nuit Blanche, the installation will feature the artist's signature "solid light" sculptures, including the 1973 work 'Line Describing a Cone'. The program includes a collaborative sound piece with David Grubbs and live performances by musicians Kali Malone, Stephen O’Malley, and Lucy Railton.
