Tate St Ives to Host First UK Museum Retrospective of Aleksandra Kasuba in 2026
Tate St Ives announced the first UK museum exhibition of Lithuanian-American artist Aleksandra Kasuba, scheduled to run from May 2 to October 4, 2026. The retrospective, organized in collaboration with the Lithuanian National Museum of Art, spans seven decades of work including mosaics, public art models, and her signature tensile-fabric spatial environments. Key installations will include the immersive passageway 'Spectrum, An Afterthought' (1975/2014) and a recreation of the artist's 1971 New York 'Live-In Environment'.
