The Metropolitan Museum of Art will present 'Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous' from October 4, 2026, through January 31, 2027, marking the first major New York exhibition for either artist in over two decades. The exhibition features more than 120 works, including Jackson Pollock’s drip paintings and Lee Krasner’s large-scale abstractions, sourced from over 80 international lenders. Curated by David Breslin and Brinda Kumar, the show tracks the parallel trajectories of the two Abstract Expressionist pioneers from the 1930s through their respective deaths.
