Artfarm, the hospitality company founded by Iwan and Manuela Wirth, will open Chesa Marchetta in Sils Maria, Switzerland, on December 16, 2025. The 13-bedroom hotel and restaurant features a curated collection of historic and contemporary art, including works by Alberto Giacometti, Louise Bourgeois, and Philip Guston. The redevelopment of the historic property was led by architect Luis Laplace and follows the 2019 opening of The Fife Arms in Scotland.
