Christie's to Relocate Asia-Pacific Headquarters to The Henderson in Hong Kong in 2024
Christie's will move its Asia-Pacific headquarters to The Henderson, a new landmark in Hong Kong's Central district designed by Zaha Hadid Architects for Henderson Land Development. The auction house will occupy 50,000 square feet across four floors, featuring the first year-round permanent saleroom and extensive gallery space. The relocation underscores Christie's commitment to Hong Kong as a key Asian art hub and aligns with sustainability goals, as The Henderson holds LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum pre-certification and China's highest Green Building rating.
