The Getty Center and Getty Villa will host a series of specialized tours, culinary events, and exhibitions for Mother's Day weekend, May 9–10. Programming includes a 'Tastemakers' brunch and sound performance by Paige Emery, guided horticultural tours with Jackie Flor, and access to featured exhibitions on the Black Arts Movement and ancient Egyptian manuscripts. The institution will also offer themed dining menus and exclusive retail items inspired by permanent collection works by Jan van Huysum and Joris Hoefnagel.
