Hauser & Wirth Announces Three-Year Partnership with Robert Gordon University for Mobile Art School
Hauser & Wirth has formed a three-year partnership with Robert Gordon University and Gray’s School of Art to deliver free creative workshops via the Mobile Art School in rural communities across North East Scotland. The partnership launched on March 12, 2026, with artist Thomas J Price leading workshops at Braemar School that ended in a sculptural installation and exhibition at Braemar Kirk from March 13 to 15, 2026. The vehicle is equipped with tools including 10 Oculus Quests, laser cutting, 3D printing, screen printing, and a raku kiln.
The Signal
The collaboration allows Gray’s School of Art to place practicing artists alongside faculty and students in community settings, extending its 140-year mission beyond campus. For collectors and curators it demonstrates Hauser & Wirth’s strategy of supporting regional education programs that can raise the profile of represented artists such as Thomas J Price through sustained public engagement.
