M+ museum will host the third edition of the Asian Avant-Garde Film Festival (AAGFF) from May 29 to May 31, 2026, in Hong Kong's West Kowloon Cultural District. Supported by Chanel, the festival theme 'Space Enter Shift' features screenings, VR experiences, and performances by artists including Xu Bing, Rirkrit Tiravanija, and Larissa Sansour. The program includes the Asia premiere of Sansour’s 'A Sunken Tale of Losses Delayed' and a focus on the independent film legacy of pioneer filmmaker Roger Garcia.
