MoMA Appoints Evangelos Kotsioris as Director of Emilio Ambasz Institute
The Museum of Modern Art has appointed Evangelos Kotsioris as director of the Emilio Ambasz Institute for the Joint Study of the Built and the Natural Environment. Kotsioris will also serve as a curator in the Museum’s Department of Architecture and Design, where he will lead initiatives focused on ecology and sustainability across all six curatorial departments. In his role at the Ambasz Institute, he will develop exhibitions, digital and onsite programs, and an acquisitions strategy centered on sustainable architecture practices.
