The Facts
Bob Dylan will perform five shows at Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall in London from December 3 to December 8, 2026. The concerts are part of the artist's ongoing Rough and Rowdy Ways Tour, named after his 2020 album, which has received critical acclaim described as "utterly unpredictable" by The Guardian and "a night of frequent thrills and unconditional pleasures" by Mojo. These dates mark Dylan's first UK performances since a three-show run at the Royal Albert Hall in 2024. During the wider November–December tour, Dylan will also perform in Bournemouth, Birmingham, Sheffield, and Blackpool.
The Signal
The 2026 UK shows will be device-free in partnership with Yondr, requiring attendees to secure phones and smart watches in pouches upon entering the auditorium. Dylan's most recent release is 2025's The Bootleg Series Vol. 18: Through The Open Window, 1956–1963, praised by Uncut as "an astonishing, deep dive into Dylan's formative years." Ticket purchases are limited to four per person per performance. The engagement underscores the enduring draw of a cultural icon entering his seventh decade of live performance, with the venue's capacity and the intimacy of the Royal Festival Hall offering a distinctive setting compared to Dylan's previous arena-scale UK shows.
