The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam will present 'Kho Liang Ie – Mid-Century Modernist', the first comprehensive retrospective of the Dutch-Indonesian designer since 1975. Opening February 18, 2026, the exhibition features over 200 objects, including furniture for Artifort and reconstructions of his 1960s Schiphol Airport terminal designs. The survey highlights Kho’s influence on modernism and his collaborations with figures such as Wim Crouwel, Pierre Paulin, and Norman Foster.
