Raven Row will present the first UK institutional exhibition devoted to Sturtevant (1924–2014) since her death, curated by Antony Hudek with the Sturtevant Estate and Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac. The show spans her career, including a gallery of works after Andy Warhol, rarely seen Krazy Kat drawings, photographic studies after Muybridge, and the installation 'Digital Click'. A rug based on a Keith Haring piece was made for the exhibition. Sturtevant first gained notice in 1965 by re-presenting works by Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol, later repeating works by Frank Stella, Felix Gonzalez-Torres and Robert Gober.

Raven Row's survey frames Sturtevant as a prescient critic of image saturation rather than a postmodern appropriator, a practice she described as 'push and shove'.
