Thaddaeus Ropac Paris Pantin to Host Concert in Anselm Kiefer Nymphäum Exhibition
Thaddaeus Ropac Paris Pantin presents a concert on June 13, 2026, in collaboration with the Opéra-Comique within the exhibition Nymphäum. The show includes more than 20 new paintings by Anselm Kiefer that layer paint and collaged elements to reinterpret classical mythology narratives. Kiefer converts the gallery into a painterly nymphaeum, extending his five-decade practice of combining myth and matter. The program draws from three Kiefer paintings and features opera arias by C. W. Gluck alongside Lieder by Alban Berg, Henri Duparc and Francis Poulenc, performed by soprano Tamara Bounazou and pianist Ayano Kamei.
