Oliver Beer's film 'The Cave' was filmed in one of the best-preserved prehistoric caves in southwestern France, home to some of the world's earliest known artworks. The work brings together eight singers from across the globe, each performing fragments of a song tied to their earliest musical memory. Participants include American-Canadian singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, French artist Woodkid, and Canadian-Haitian musician Mélissa Laveaux, alongside singers from Japan, Denmark, Lebanon, and Australia. The project is presented by Thaddaeus Ropac gallery.
