V&A East Museum Launches Thursday Late-Night Programme with DJs, Gabriel Moses

V&A East Museum announced a new Thursday late-night programme running through the end of September, featuring DJ residencies, pop-up bars, after-hours exhibition access, and city views from its top-floor terrace. On Thursday, August 27, artist, photographer, and filmmaker Gabriel Moses will join the museum for a one-night-only conversation and film screening of his narrative debut "The Last Hour" (2025), in conversation with curator Josephine Small. The free DJ series, upperground, is inspired by the museum's exhibition "The Music is Black: A British Story" and includes sets by Karen Nyame KG, Lo-Low, Zakia, Demae, and A.G. Visitors can also explore the exhibition, permanent Why We Make galleries, and site-specific commissions by artists including Tania Bruguera, Rene Matić, and Laura Wilson.
