The Kunsthaus Zürich has secured a CHF 30 million endowment from Marianne and Martin Haefner to permanently fund internationally significant exhibitions. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed to establish the 'Förderstiftung für bedeutende Ausstellungen des Kunsthauses Zürich' (Foundation for Major Exhibitions at the Kunsthaus Zürich), with the long-term goal of financing at least one major exhibition per year.
