Mori Art Museum to Stage Major Mariko Mori Retrospective 'All That Shines' in Tokyo

The Mori Art Museum in Tokyo will present 'Mariko Mori: All That Shines,' the artist's first major retrospective in Japan since 2002, from October 31, 2026, to March 28, 2027. Organized in collaboration with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, the exhibition features approximately 40 works spanning more than three decades, including performance-based photography, video, sculpture, and large-scale interactive installations. The show is co-curated by Alexandra Munroe, Senior Curator at Large at the Guggenheim, and Kataoka Mami, Director of the Mori Art Museum.
