Tate Collective, the free membership scheme for 16- to 25-year-olds, has reached a record 200,000 members. To mark the milestone, Tate launched an open call for a new artwork to be displayed at Tate Modern, with the selected artist's work shown alongside pieces by Andy Warhol, Salvador Dalí, and Marina Abramović. Entries are open until October 19, and the winning commission will go on display in March 2027. Tate also noted the 10th anniversary of Tate Modern Lates, a free evening program that has attracted 870,000 attendees over a decade, with a special Late on October 30 featuring a DJ set by Shygirl and a workshop by visual artist Lakwena.
