On September 9, 2026, Galerie Max Hetzler announced that Beatriz Milhazes's permanent installation for the Museu de Arte de São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand (MASP), titled "Pietrolina," opens on September 11, 2026. The work spans 98 meters, featuring a 60-meter-long painting alongside reflective elements on a 38-meter wall, designed for the underground passageway connecting MASP's Lina Bo Bardi and Pietro Maria Bardi buildings. Separately, Milhazes's prints are the subject of a solo exhibition at the Pinacoteca de São Paulo, showcasing 27 prints produced between 1996 and 2019 in collaboration with Durham Press founder Jean-Paul Russell, several nearly two meters wide.
